Hi all, i want to know that,
my daughter is in my husband's visa, and i need to transfer it to my visa. is it possible that mother can sponsor her child visa, bez my husband lost his job and he is going back to India, my daughter is studying here in Kuwait. me working in private co. as secretary and salary KD. 280/-. Is it any rules or any documents required. Kindly let me know. |

Dear Madam,
Sorry to know your husband's bad luck ! Of course, you can sponsor your daughter. There is a form for visa transfer - you need to get that done. Get the typed form with your marriage affidavit, salary certificate (Green paper where KD.280 is mentioned) and the cancelled visa of your husband. The father's visa has to be cancelled before transferring the daughter's visa under mother's sponsorship. You will also need 6 x 4 photos, 3 with blue background. Good luck ! But, one suggestion - Let your husband try for job seriously for 2 - 3 weeks before he proceeds to cancel the visa. Getting a visa again and coming to Kuwait is a big task. I hope he gets one soon !
