Soon Facebook, Twitter pay bills
KUWAIT CITY, Nov 8, (KUNA): Citizens and expatriates soon will be able to pay their bills owed to government institutions via social network sites Twitter and Facebook, said the Finance Ministry on Monday. The Ministry said in a press release that pages would be established soon on the two sites to help individuals pay their bills with ease, adding that the step was a result of cooperation between the Kuwaiti Central Agency for Information Technology (CAIT) and The Shared Electronic Banking Services Company (KSCC), or K-Net. The pages would promote the new services soon, said the statement. |
