KUWAIT CITY: Undersecretary at the Civil Service Commission (CSC) Mohammed Al-Roumi has announced that Sunday, Jan 2, 2011 will be an official holiday because Jan 1, falls on Saturday which is a weekend holiday, reports Annahar daily.
He said the decision has been based on a Cabinet decree which states that if a holiday falls on weekend, a week day should be declared holiday. |
