Hillary Clinton turns on charm in China |

BEIJING – U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton is turning on her personal charm in a series of public events in China, hoping to promote people-to-people exchanges between the two countries.
Clinton is taking time out Tuesday from difficult high-level talks with Chinese leaders that have been dominated by North Korea's sinking of a South Korean warship. She is trying to emphasize the importance of cross-cultural understanding between the American and Chinese people. |
