Try these tips.
1. Drink lots of water. 2. Eat breakfast. 3. Eat small, frequent meals instead of having a large one. 4. Exercise (at least try to walk 20 minutes everyday). 5. Do not drink alcohol. The above tips will increase your metabolism and reduce the fat from your body. ![]() |
