HAPPY NEW YEAR TO ALL MY INDIA FRIENDS ABROAD
Today India is largest producer of technical manpower in the world. Indians expats are available in each country of the world. Their contributions in those countrioes is significant and recognizable. Similarly all our colleagues working in India are doing. wonderful. For example I was working in SAIL ( Steel Authority of India Limited). Toady if I see performance level of these companies is wonderful. LD converter life over 4500 inplace of 150, proction capacities alos like this. Therefore all SAIL have been modernised and now capacity is double. Still if I see in world level , we lag in professionalism to Americans, Europeans etc. our great managers are not recognised at par with those managers. Second point is our private sector sector also has done good progress, but are in control of a specific class and style of management. These can never succeed with competition with europeans nad americans. I call it, Grocery style of operations. They still think rediculing the the people to extract work, keeping their fevorite people/ pets as employee ( I call it like boss subordinate marraige relationship.). My question is why we can not incalcate a PROFESSIONAL CULTURE AND PROFESSIONAL ATTITUDE IN OURSELVES TO PROVE THAT THESE EUROPEANS NAD AMERICANS ARE NOTHING IN FRONT OF US. |

ALWAYS STAND FIRST IN CLASS--IT NEEDS LOT DISCPLINE--SINCERITY, HONESTY, HARDWORK 2. ALWAYS BE A BEST WORKER IN YOUR COMPANY--NEEDS SAME THING AND PATIENCE & FEAR FROM DOING WRONG. IF SUPPOSE YOU ARE WORKING OVERSEAS, CAN YOU ADOPT ALL WRONG PRACTICES WHAT WORKERS ARE DOING IN OFFICES AND FACTORIES--FEAR, BECAUSE SOMEBODY IS SUPERVISING YOU . OUR METHOD OF DOING JOB IS LIKE A TICKET COLLECTOR IN TRAIN. HE INTENTION IS NOT STOPPING THE WITHOUT TICKET PROPLE BUT TO SEE THAT FROM HOW MANY PEOPLE HE CAN COLLECT UNOFFICIAL MONEY. THEN HIS INTEREST IS -MORE THE TICKETLESS PASSANGER & CHANCE OF GETTING MORE MONEY. CAN HE STOP TICKETLESS PASSAGERS, NEVER. SAME WAY CAN POLICE STOP CRIME, THEIR COLLECTION WILL STOP. |
