Thesa-a hyderabadi nizams dish...
Ingredients

1kg --mutton
10-12--onion (medium size)
1/4 kg green chillies
2 garllic
50gm zeera
1/2 tea spoon turmeric powder
salt according taste
cooking oil 2-3 table spoon
Lemon-1
Coriander leaves

METHOD
Marinate the mutton with turmeric,salt and garllic paste for half an hour.then cook the mutton till tender
and keep it aside to cool.now cut the onion into fine slicess and deep fry in oil till its start changing the color to light browen.now immediately take out the fried onion from the pan and let the exess oil strain out.now in a pan put two tea spoon oil and fry green chillies ,zeera and garllic cloves.after frying grind these 3 together and keep it a side, then grind the mutton and mix the paste of green chillies,zeera and garllic in mutton and fry in oil.after frying it till done add the fryied onions to the mutton mixture and mix well.keep it low flame 5 to 10 minuts then garnish with corriender leaves,lemon,fried green chillies and served with chapati

1/4 Kg (250 Grams) GREEN CHILLI's & Again Garnish it with Fried Green Chillies Damnnnnnnnn ! There's a Lot Of HEAT in this recipe
