i dont htink so corruption will be removed in anyway as per smoothman If everything is done in time no need to bribe anyone. i think its wrong for example if some one needs to go doctor during emergency that time he cant prepare himself in advance he has to give some money to GET HIS WORK DONE FAST

Discuss things in a general situation where there is no emergency etc. Of course each one will have a different situation.

we must start from our self that is the only way to stop corruption....and our law should be more strong for this...
