Recipe:Pepper Chicken
Ingredients: Chicken leg pieces - 8 Butter - 2 tbsp Zeera - 1/2 tsp Cinammon - 1 Bay leaves - 2 Cloves -- 3-4 Whole black pepper -- 8-10 black pepper powder (according to taste) Salt (according to taste) Method: 1. Wash the chicken pieces and keep aside. 2. Heat butter in a pressure cooker and pour in all the whole spices in it. 3. When they begin to sparkle pour black pepper (powder) and salt. 4. Pour chicken pieces in and stir and cook for 3-4 minutes. 5. Pour little water and close the pressure cooker. 6. Dont put too much water as it is not a dish with a lot of gravy. 7. After 1 1/2 whistle, open the cooker and stir the chicken and cook until it takes a good brown colour and the gravy become somewhat thicker. 8. Try not to cook too much so that the gravy finishes. 9. There should be some to pour on each piece a bit. Serve hot . |
