Ingredients:

1 large beetroot (slightly steamed)
1 cucumber grated
1 large carrot grated
1 med sized onion grated
1 spoon boiled corn
1 small capsicum thinly sliced
3 teacups of yoghurt (well beaten with 2 spoons of fresh cream)
Coriander leaves
chopped 1 inch ginger
2 green chillies slit
1 tsp pepper powder
salt to taste

Method:

Combine all the above in a serving bowl and serve cold.
