RAITA SALAD
Raita is a cool dish.


Ingredients:
•1 cup plain yogurt
•2 cucumbers, peeled, seeded, and chopped
•2 Tbsp. finely chopped fresh mint leaves
•2 tomatoes, chopped
•1/2 tsp. salt
•1/4 tsp. ground cumin

Preparation:

Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and mix well. Cover and chill for 2-4 hours to blend flavors. You can serve with briyani or rice.
