small onion-100gm tomato-100gm green chilli-5piece turmeric poder-1teaspoon chilli powder-1teaspoon salt oil and butter first crush the paneer and keep aside,cut the onions,tomatoes,green chilli in to very small pieces,heat the pan,pour butter and oil,put the onions ,tomatoes,green chillies ,turmeric powder,chilli powder and salt and keep your flame in sim.let all things to boil well and last put the crushed paneer leave it for ten minutes and make sure that your flame must be in sim and garnish with coriander leaves.this paneer burji is very tasty you can serve with rotties |
