Mutton Korma
Ingedients: 

1Kg.Mutton chopped
50Gr.creams
100 gms Almonds
1tsp Ginger
1 tsp Garlic Paste
4 chopped onion
1/2 cup butter
1 tsp Elachi
2 tsp Dhania powder
1 tsp black pepper
6 to 8 cloves
1 tsp turmeric powder
2 to 3 tsp sugar
1 coconut milk
4 to 5 chillies
Tomatoes
salt to taste

Method:

1. Take butter, add almonds and cream, onions, ginger-garlic paste , elachi, dhania, pepper, cloves in pressure. Fry for 5 to 10 min.
2. Now add coconut milk, turmeric powder, mutton chopped and add salt.
3. Cook in pressure cooker(about 6 whistles).
4. Garnish with dhania leavesand serve hot with Roti/chapati/naan.
