1 KG MUTTON
½ KG RICE
PACKET MASALA



MUTTON MUST BE COOKED ONE DAY EARLIER

BOIL THE RICE AND KEEP SEPARATE

FRY ONIONS, GINGER, GARLIC, PACKET MASALA, GEERA, PEPPER.  ADD CURDS THEN THE COOKED MUTTON, 5-6 GREEN CHILLIED, ONE SMALL TOMATOE.

CUT ONIONS, RAISINS AND CASHEWS FOR DECORATION WHICH SHOULD BE FRIED IN LITTLE GHEE

PUT INTO LAYERS AND FINALLY ADD LIME AND BUTTER AT THE TOP
