METHI PEAS RICE

A mouth watering rice flavored with peas & fenugreek leaves and wonderful taste.
Ingredients: 2 cups basmati rice 1 1/2 cups of peas 4-5 bunches of fresh methi leaves (fenugreek leaves) 1 tsp. Mustard seeds 3 tbsp. Oil A pinch of hing 4-5 green chilies Salt according to taste Method 1.Cook the basmati rice and allow it to cool. 2.Wash the methi (fenugreek) leaves and cut finely. 3.Heat the oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, hing (Asafoetida) and green chilies. 4.Add the methi (fenugreek) leaves and peas and cook for 5 minutes. 5.Cover with a lid and let cook for 10 minutes. 6.Remove from heat, add the rice and salt and mix well.
