Lemon Fish fry
Ingredients


4 Pomfret fish
2 Big Lemon
1 tsp Coriander powder
1 tsp Curry powder
Turmeric powder
1 tsp Chilli powder
1 tsp Pepper powder
2 tsp Soya sauce
Parsley/ Coriander leaves
Salt to taste
1 Egg
Batter Powder/ Cornflour
Oil

Directions
Wash the fish and add salt to each piece then add 1 lemon juice, also add the lemon skin to the fish
Then add coriander powder, curry powder, turmeric powder, chilli powder, soya sauce, chopped coriander leaves and mix well
Marinate for 1-2 hrs in fridge
Then take 1 egg add little chilli powder n mix well  (if needed can add little curd)
Take fish dip in egg mixture and roll on cornflour / batter powder
Fry in medium flame till golden brown
Garnish with lemon and coriander, serve hot.
