It is a south indian dish. Easy to make !!! Good to prepare in the summer time.
Mango Pickle

Ingredients:
Mango
Chilly Powder
Asfoetida and Fengreek powder
Mustard

Method:
1. Take some raw ripe mangos. Cut it into small pieces.
2. Add chilli powder and mix it.
3. Heat the oil with asfoetida and fenugreek powder and mustard and pour on mango mix.
4. Mix them well.
