How to Care for Your Feet during Winter

Instructions Things You'll Need: pumice stone your favorite lotion socks 1 Do you have a morning or nightly routine? Taking care of your feet can easily be inserted into your everyday routine of pampering yourself. 2 If possible, fresh out of the shower, scrub your feet with a pumice stone. Get all the dead skin off until your feet are smooth. 3 Now choose your favorite lotion. Preferably one with some kind of moisturizer in it. Apply liberally to each foot, taking care between the toes and on the heels. 4 Now put on your socks or pantyhose like you normally do. The socks will lock in the moisture from the lotion and keep your feet smooth and silky. 5 Granted you have the time, consider purchasing a product for soaking your feet in. Do this before you sand your feet and apply lotion. It will help with keeping the moisture in. 6 You can do this every morning or at night or both. It will depend on the type of shoes you wear for work and hosiery. At bedtime you can do it no matter what. 7 If you are uncomfortable sleeping in socks, do this an hour prior to bedtime and shed your socks when you go to bed.
