1. RECIPE OF POTATO CHUTNEY
First wash potatoes properly and grind in grinder. Now take a big bowl and put red chilli powder, turmeric powder, amchur powder,garam masala, salt ,crushed garlic aniseed (sauf) coriander powder and mix well all mixture and keep aside, Now take a big pan or kadahi and put some oil into the pan when oil heated then pore mixture into the pan and stir well after 5 minuts mixture sitr again properly and now sim gas for 20 minuts. After aaloo chutney will crispy and now it is ready to serve. You can serve aaloo chutney with roti and paratha. 2. RECIPE OF BESAN K GATTE Ingredients:- 1 bowl besan, cumin seeds 1teaspoon,hing1/4th teaspoon,oil 2 big spoon,tuemeric 1 teaspoon,red chilli powder coriander 1 teaspoon,1/2 bowl peanut paste 1 medium onion ,1 table spoon ginger garlic paste ,salt to taste,½ garam masala ,green leaves of coriander for garnishing Method:- First take besan in a bowl mix salt,cumin seeds,1 teaspoon oil and hing mix well with water and make smooth and thin batter.and steam it in the microwave or in pressure cooker till well cooked.Now grind onion and keep aside .Now take steamed besan turn into plate and cut into small cubes asd fry with 1 table spoon and keep aside, now take kadahi and put 2 big spoon oil when oil heated put cumin seeds,grind onion,ginger garlic paste,tumeric powder ,red chilli powder and sauté for 5 mints after 5 mints add peanut paste and stir 2 mints,and stir one paste now add 2 cup water and cover it ,when cooked then add besan cubes and cook for 10 mints. Now pure into a bowl and sprinkle green coriander leaves. And now this is ready to serve and eat serve with roti,naan and paratha REETU SINGH VAGHELA I HOPE YOU ALL LIKE THESE RECIPES |
