Green Hummus
Ingredients


1 can chic pea (drained)
a good bunch fresh coriander
2 hot green chilli
3 cloves of Garlic
4 tbsp tahini
1/4 c fresh lemon juice
A little water to make a smooth paste.
Salt to adjust your taste.
Samaq ( dry Arabian berry for garnishing)
Directions
Add your Chick pea, fresh coriander, G chili, Tahini, lemon juice, garlic , 4 tbsp olive oil and 1-2 tbsp water in a blender
