Green Beans Salad
Ingredients :


½ lb fresh green beans
1 big onion
5 green chillies
2 tsp lemon juice
4 tsp coconut
1 tsp oil
salt to taste


Method :


Clean & Cut the beans into small pieces. Slit the green chilies, chop the onion.
Fry the beans with very little oil until tender.
Take it off the stove & add onions, green chillies, salt, grated coconut& lemon juice.
