Grapefruit Salad For Weight Loss
It help to reduce insulin levels which is helpful for weight loss.

1 pink grapefruit
2 oranges
1 avocado
1 handful fresh mint leaves

Chop up the grapefruit, oranges, and avocado into bite-sized pieces. Toss together and garnish with fresh mint leaves. Serve chilled.
