Garlic Prawn

Ingredients
300 gms uncooked meduim sized prawns 1 1/2 tsp minced garlic 1 cup chicken stock 3 tbsp butter 2 tbsp flour 1/2 tsp dry grounded mustard 1/4 cup cream optional 1 tbsp chopped parsely for garnishing . salt and pepper preferably white as required . Directions Heat butter and add garlic in a saucepan . Add flour until combined . Remove from heat . Gradually add stock till combined. Return pan to the heat and stir till the sauce begins boiling . Add mustard , and season with pepper and salt as required. Bring the sauce to a boil and add the prawns . Take off from the heat as soon as the prawns colour changes.That will take hardly 2 minutes . The sauce should not be too thick . garnish with parsely and serve immediately . FOR PRESENTATION CAN SERVE ON A SIZZLING PLATE . |
