EGG PARATHA
Ingredients:

Person 2-4

quarter chicken/ chicken leg or wings(preferable) 1kg

Tandoori masala powder 50gm

Ginger garlic paste 2/3tblsp

Oil 2tblsp

Salt 1tblsp

Turmeric powder 1/2tblsp

Chilli powder 1/2 tblsp (u can add more as per taste)

Garam masala powder 1tblsp

lemon juice 1tblsp

Few drop of food colour

water 2-3tblsp

For garnishing


Lemon wedges

Sliced onions





Method:

Clean chicken pieces with water.

you can peel off chicken skin if you don't like.

Take a mixing bowl, put chicken and all ingredients.

Mix it well and cover it.

If its quarter chicken make 3-4 cuts in knife so that masala can get inside.

Marinate it for 5 to 6 hours.

If its more hour better.

Turn once or twice maximum.

Pre heat oven for 30 mnts.

Place chicken in an oven at 180c.

Roast it for 30-45 mnts.

Turn it at least once or twice.

When its tender chicken is ready.

Garnish it with lemon wedges and sliced onion.

You can have it with potato wedges and garlic bread.
Method:

Pour the cooking oil in the frying pan
Now add the chopped onion and fry it at low flame.
Once it is reddish color add the tomato,capsicum, eggs & red chili powder and continue cooking it until the egg is done.
Once it is done put the coriander leaves.
Keep this stuffing aside.
Make the dough by adding water to it. You can add oil to make it soft.
Now prepare the balls.
Give it a roti shape, put the stuffing and place another roti upon it. Join both the rotis together so thaat it should not open.
Now put it on tava & fry the roti from both sides in oil.
Egg paratha is ready.
