Black Tea

Serves: 2
Ingredients: Water – 2 tea cups (mugs) Tea Powder – 1tsp Lemon – 1 Honey – 1/2tsp Method: Take 2 coffee mugs of water in a bowl and heat it. When the water starts boiling switch off the flame and add 1tsp of tea powder. Cover the bowl and keep aside for 10 minutes. Squeeze lemon juice through a strainer and remove the seeds. After 10 minutes, add lemon juice to this tea decoction. Add 1/2tsp honey (You may add up to 1tsp also if required) and mix well. Then strain this and pour it into the coffee mugs and serve warm. Points to Remember : Tea when prepared with sugar and milk is bad for health because Sugar has lots of calories and Milk takes longer time to digest. Black tea is a better option for tea lovers. One can gulp down any number of cups without guilt. Tea is an anti oxidant. Honey and lemon mixed in warm water cleanses the body system. So enjoy this tasty black tea as much as you like !!!!!
