Barbecued Chicken (Chow Siew)
Ingrediant:
2 Tablespoons Sugar
1 Tablespoon Sesame Oil
1/8 Teaspoon Red Food Coloring
1 Teaspoon Salt
1 Tablespoon Black Soy Sauce
1/8 Teaspoon Cinnamon
2 Pounds Chicken -- in 6 pieces
Directions
Marinate chicken in all other ingredients for 4 hours. Put chicken in aluminum foil and roast in 325 degree oven for 20 minutes. Remove and serve.
