To avoid greasy ladies finger curry.
To avoid greasyness place ladiesfingers in buttermilk for 5mins after cutting and cook. (OR) While cooking the curry add 1 spoon of curd to overcome the greasyness. first cut the onions and add some corn flour mix it and keep for sometime to dry than fry the onions crispy onions are ready for garnishing biryani and curries |
