Aloo ki chutney
Ingridients:- potatoes(8-10), medium size
garlic cloves 5-6,
sauf two tbspoon,
turmeric one small spoon,
Coriender powder one large spoon,
red chilli powder one large spoon,
one small spoon amchur powder,
and salt to taste,
and some oil.

Method:-
              Take potatoes wash properly and cut inot four pices and grind in mixture and keep aside,take one bowl take tht mixture of potatoes and add turmeric,red chilli powder, coriender powder,crushed garlic,and crushed sauf,amhchur powder and salt to taste,and mixed well.take a kadai  and put big 4 spoon oil into kadai ,when its hot then pour potatoes mix and  stir well now  and sim the gas now after 5 min stir again when its crisp then off the stove. now its ready to serve

serve  with  paratha and chapati
