Offer from bahrain
I received a offer letter from Bahrain in that i didn't understand this clause "you shall bear the deductions and withholdings if any that the company is required to make pursuant to social insurance and any other applicable regulations that may be issued from time to time by local authorities" what does this clause mean.

And also it is a senior management level i asked for family status they have given that after completion of one year they will give return tickets for self and family then will they provide the initial tickets for self and family to Bahrain and also will they take care of the Akama of family.Pl clarify.

And a salary of 1550 BD all inclusive is a good offer.Can we get a double bed room flat unfurnished in 180 -200 BD.And what will be cost of schools Indian cbse.
Pl give details.Thanks in advance.

Bahrain is a good country before and now also.

Regarding your concern of salary deduction.  It is all over in Bahrain that 1% of the total salary is deducted every month from expatriates.  So the clause mentioned is true.

As far as your family's Air Ticket is concerned the company has to pay for the air ticket when they enter the kingdom.

Regarding accommodation, it depends on the area you want to stay.  it starts from BD 200/- + for 2 bedro0m apartment plus 10% municipality tax,  Like you want the accommodation near to Indian School (Issa Town) i.e. it will start from BD 250/- + 10% tax.  10% tax is added in water and electricity bill. Telephone and internet connections etc.

There are around 19 Indian Schools affiliated to CBSE.  Average fees p.m. is BD 45/- inclusive of transport and depends on the class your kids are studying.

In BD 1550/- you can lead a comfortable life if you do not have financial problems back home.

Thanks for the reply with details.Presently we are staying in Kuwait do u have any idea about the medical tests and the format to be submitted for visa process from kuwait.
